Cotton Gifts
Hannah Steven leads a Cotton Gifts, a project that aims to provide feminine hygiene packs to ladies. Her view is that too many ladies must make a choice between feeding their family or maintaining their own self dignity. And they tend to compromise and sacrifice. No lady should have to make a choice like this.
All funds donated go towards purchasing the products. This initiative is also collecting clothes, some of which are sold to raise funds, but most are sorted and donated to various communities that we have relationships with. These include drug rehab centers, prostitutes, children’s homes, and a home for abused women. Clothes for all ages are needed but winter clothing is critical.
If you and your friends (complex) can collect any clothes and are near us, we will collect.
Clothes that are not used for Project Dignity are all sorted, packed, and given to appropriate people in need.
